Should you be disappointed with MailPropeller's Rotating E-mail Captures, let us know and we will re-imburse you the charge for your last month.
E-mail Campaigns
MailPropeller ensures that e-mail lands in the inbox. We offer consulting services for subjects to maximize open rates. If you pay for
consulting from MailPropeller, we will stand behind what we tell you to do. If you try something other than what we suggest, we offer
no guarantees that your campaign will be effective. If you follow our suggestions and you are unsatisfied, you may be eligable to receive
a full refund. We may reimburse you in the form of waived fees, system credit or actual monetary reimbursment.
Enterprise Solutions
MailPropeller reserves the right to keep any funds paid to us as a deposit to get on our enterprise solution waiting list.
MailPropeller also reserves the right to keep the full amount paid for setting up a database replication, if we successfully complete the
database replication process.
If we are unable to complete this process, we reserve the right to charge you at a rate of $100/hour for the time we put in
to setting up the database replication upto the amount agreed for initial setup costs.
If you are unhappy with our enterprise solution with recurring costs, you may be eligible for reimbursment upto 4 weeks of your recurring fees. This reimbursment
could be in the form of waived fees, system credit or actual monetary reimbursment.
